1- What is the difference in quality between the 100% European Human Hair Wigs and the European Style Wigs?
A-The 100% European Hair Wigs (Known as Fortune Wigs) are made with natural virgin hair that has never been commercially processed in any way. This hair is as natural as it gets. This hair is usually cut off the heads of women who live in Eastern Europe. The European Style Wigs (Known as Mazali Wigs) are made with Asian human hair from a region in China that is very close in ethnicity to European Hair. It is finer than any other Asian Hair. This hair does undergo a processing for color and texture. The cost of this hair is extremely less expensive than the hair from Europe. The life of the European Hair Wigs is generally a few years longer than those made with Asian Hair (due to the processing). In the first several years of wearing, it is hard to tell the difference.
2- Can I Cut, Style and Blow Dry these wigs?
A-Yes. Both the Fortune Wigs and the Mazali Wigs can be Cut and Styled just as you would do with your own natural hair. You can also Blow Dry with extreme heat and the result will be the same as when you Blow Dry your own natural hair.
3- Can I add Highlights to these wigs?
A- The Fortune Wigs are all natural hair and therefore they will Highlight beautifully. The Mazali Wigs (European Style Wigs) are already processed and they sometimes will accept the Highlight colors and sometimes they will not.
4-What happens if in time the wig needs more hair added?
A- We can add more hair at anytime either by hand sewing or by machine wefting. This is usually done on our premises and only takes a few days. The top scalp area is a special type of sewing that conceals the knots (Known as Rootless). This can only be done overseas and might require a waiting period of 3-4 weeks but it can be done.
5-Can the wig caps be altered in order to fit better?
A- Yes. These alterations are done on our premises and all you need to do is to place safety pins in the area that needs to be altered.
6- How are these wigs different than getting a “Custom” Wig?
A- They are exactly the same. A Custom Wig is only different because the Cap Size is pre-measured to fit a specific head. The quality of the Wig is exactly the same as long as it fits comfortably.
