Return Policy: Wigs that are ordered with a custom sized cap, or prestyled are NON-RETURNABLE, as are custom wigs. However, if there is a problem with the fit of your custom cap, contact us and we will be happy to adjust it for you.
We are confident you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied or if your plans change, you may return your wig within 10 days if it has not yet been STYLED, WASHED OR CUT. The original labels and tags must be intact and should be in resalable condition. Wigs that are tangled or have been cut or styled cannot be returned. Any merchandise damaged due to customer negligence or wigs that have been washed and styled or tags removed cannot be accepted. Please use the "contact us" form on this website to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which should be placed on your return label. Upon verification that the item is undamaged and unused, your credit card will be credited for the full amount of your purchase less a 3% restocking fee.
Shipping Policy:
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for an order to be processed (prior to shipping). If we require additional time we will update your order status accordingly.
Since shipments do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: an overnight order leaving our warehouse on a Friday will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.
